Content:  "I never have enough time!" is a frequent complaint from staff chairs. We always seem to have more on our to-do list than there are hours in the day. This Time Management in-service helps staff chairs organize their time and manage their programs, personnel, and administrative duties. We will also hear from some veteran staff chairs who have learned how to manage their time and lived to tell the tale. This course will have five separate zoom sessions. In order to receive a certificate, each participant will need to attend all five sessions. If the participant does not want a certificate, the participant can attend any session he/she would like to attend in the series.
